UNSPECIFIED (1999) Surfaces in nanotechnology. In: 1st International Symposium on Instrumentation Science and Technology, AUG 23-26, 1999, LUOYANG, PEOPLES R CHINA.

Full text not available from this repository.

Abstract

The paper shows that surfaces can be a tool to predict the behaviour of mechanical elements in machines. To do this a template has been developed which attempts to link the classification of surface parameters with a classification in function. The way this relationship changes with scale of size is investigated.
