Abstract

A simple method for the rapid multiplication of the number of available amine sites on a polymer bead, using lysine N-carboxyanhydride, is described. The product may be functionalised with a phosphine and employed in a catalytic reaction. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
