Data for Polarisation screening mechanisms at La0.7Sr0.3MnO3-PbTiO3 interfaces Paper DOI: 10.1021/acsami.9b21619 This dataset includes data from experimental transmission electron microscopy and density functional theory (DFT) calculations. 1. ADF.dm3 - Acquired annular dark field image in digital micrograph format. Image acquired using a JEOL ARM200F with collection angles of 70-260 mrad. More experimental information is provided in the file tags/metadata. 2. ABF.dm3 - Acquired annular bright field image in digital micrograph format. Image acquired using a JEOL ARM200F with collection angles of 11-23 mrad. More experimental information is provided in the file tags/metadata. 3. ADF intensity profile.csv - Intensity profile taken from the annular dark field image (ADF.dm3) 4. displacements image.tif - 32-bit data image showing the displacement of the oxygen atoms from the centre of each each unit cell. Measured from the annular bright field image (ABF.dm3) 5. STEM profiles.csv - Out of plane profiles of measured properties for the two polarisation directions (up and down) shown within the images. This includes the polar displacement (i.e. oxygen movement with respect to the B-site atoms), the oxygen octahedral tilt and the lattice parameter c/a ratio. Measured from a combination of the ADF and ABF images (ABF.dm3 and ADF.dm3) 6. magnetisation profile.csv - DFT calculated magnetisation values in units of the Bohr Magneton for the two polarisation directions (up and down) and for the two possible interface terminations. The 0th unit cell is the interface and negative units cells are with the LSMO. Note this is incomplete as some calculations did not converge (see paper for further details) 7. TMR polarisation down.csv - Tunneling magnetoresistance data for the polarisation down configuration. 8. TMR polarisation up.csv - Tunneling magnetoresistance data for the polarisation up configuration. More in depth discussion of the experimental parameters can be found in the paper.
