Data for Structural and photoelectric properties of tensile strained BiFeO3

This dataset includes data from experimental X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and electrical photovoltaic measurements.

1. XRD.csv
 - X-ray diffraction data. Acquired using a Panalytical X’Pert Pro MRD diffractometer with Cu Kα 94 radiation and an X’Cellerator 95 detector (Panalytical).

2. SEM.dm4
 - SEM image in digital micrograph format. Acquired using a Zeiss GeminiSEM 500 using a secondary electron detector (Everhart-Thornley detector). Scale information is embedded in the file.

3. RSM_001pc.csv
 - X-ray reciprocal space map using the 001 pseudocubic reflection. Acquired using a Panalytical X’Pert Pro MRD diffractometer with Cu Kα 94 radiation and an X’Cellerator 95 detector (Panalytical).

4. RSM_002pc.csv
 - X-ray reciprocal space map using the 002 pseudocubic reflection. Acquired using a Panalytical X’Pert Pro MRD diffractometer with Cu Kα 94 radiation and an X’Cellerator 95 detector (Panalytical).

5. RSM_003pc.csv
 - X-ray reciprocal space map using the 003 pseudocubic reflection. Acquired using a Panalytical X’Pert Pro MRD diffractometer with Cu Kα 94 radiation and an X’Cellerator 95 detector (Panalytical).

6. RSM_004pc.csv
 - X-ray reciprocal space map using the 004 pseudocubic reflection. Acquired using a Panalytical X’Pert Pro MRD diffractometer with Cu Kα 94 radiation and an X’Cellerator 95 detector (Panalytical).

 - Extracted RSM peak position data for the 00L reflection for both Orthorhombic (O) and Rhomobhedral (R) structures.
