Abstract
The lab passaged strain of Photorhabdus luminescens TTO1 was resequenced to account for differences with the original isolate and the published complete genome assembly (GCA_000196155.1). The raw reads (available at SRA: Accession SRR8307122 and project PRJNA509896) were trimmed using Sickle and assembled using Spades v3.0.0. Contigs that were at least 500 bp and had a coverage of at least 10 fold were reordered using Mauve based on the published assembly (GCA_000196155.1). They were then artificially concatenated to create a fasta sequence that was annotated using prokkav1.11.
