The alkaloid picrasidine-G was isolated from Picrasma quassioides. This alkaloid has previously been reported as a new natural product, but its C-13 NMR signals still remain unassigned and some ambiguities remains in the proton assignments. Analysis of the H-1 and C-13 NMR spectra and 1 D NOE and 2D NMR spectra led to the unambiguous assignment of the H-1 and C-13 signals of picrasidine-G.
