Abstract
An interview with insurance executive Julie Harrison of Allianz Group, Nick Shreiber, an executive at Tetra Pak, and Takako Kawashima of Hitachi Institute of Management Development is presented. The three discuss what they see are the advantages, if any, of executive education, which uses case studies to foster leadership skills. Another question asks what criteria they use when selecting an education provider and how the quality of faculty effects that decision.
