Abstract

Frühgeborene zeigen abhängig vom individuellen biologischen Risiko andere Verhaltensmuster als reif geborene Kinder. Für die Arbeit mit Frühgeborenen ist es wichtig, deren spezifische Bedürfnisse zu kennen und Eltern-Kind-Interaktionen nicht nur anhand allgemeiner Erziehungsmodelle zu beurteilen. Eltern von Frühgeborenen mit kognitiven oder Verhaltensproblemen verhalten sich „intuitiv“ stärker kontrollierend, um das Verhalten ihrer Kinder zu strukturieren und deren Aufmerksamkeitsregulation zu fördern. Daten aus der Bayerischen Entwicklungsstudie zeigen, dass Mütter ehemaliger Frühgeborener die kindliche Ausdauer im Grundschulalter mit einer Kombination aus hoher Sensitivität und hoher verbaler Kontrolle am besten fördern. Wir benötigen mehr Informationen zu langfristigen sozialen Interaktionen Frühgeborener mit ihren Eltern, um gezielte Interventionsansätze entwickeln zu können. Parent behavior in formerly premature children show that depending on individual biological risk of different behavior patterns than full-term infants. To work with premature infants, it is important to understand their specific needs and to assess parent-child interactions, not only the basis of general education models. Parents of preterm infants with cognitive or behavioral problems behave "intuitively" more controlling, structuring the behavior of their children and to encourage their attention regulation. Data from the Bavarian development study show that mothers of premature babies, the child's former foster endurance in elementary school with a combination of high sensitivity and high verbal control at best. We need more information on long-term social interactions in preterm infants with their parents in order to develop targeted intervention approaches
