Abstract

This evaluation research project was commissioned by the Scottish Executive and undertaken by an academic consortium comprising Kingston University, Aston University and the University of Warwick. The overall aim of the project was to assess the impact of the Regional Selective Assistance (RSA) Scheme in Scotland over the period 2000-2004 and to examine whether it represents value for money.
