Abstract
Constructions are given of sets of orthogonal multilevel pseudorandom sequences with binomial and uniform amplitude distributions. The sequences are based on binary maximal-length sequences and have similar correlation properties to those sequences. Pseudorandom impulse sequences suitable for nerve impulse simulation are constructed from the uniform-amplitude distribution sequences, and empirical bounds are established on their correlation performance.
