Abstract
This talk will outline the theoretical model developed by the Wellington Language in the Workplace Project team for analyzing data collected in a wide range of New Zealand workplaces. The innovative methods of data collection developed by the team will also be discussed, including the challenges presented when working with participants from different cultural backgrounds.
