Abstract

This paper addresses some of the non-technical issues associated with the adoption and development of elecixonic messaging in large international organisations. The results of case studies of organisational implementations of e-mail services are presented,
and the strategies employed analysed. Subsequently, end-user issues and problems of messaging services are discussed.
