Abstract
The article discusses the misunderstandings between parish clergy and youth workers serving within churches which could be addressed in terms of differences within their psychological profile. It says that psychological type theory has been developed through the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Keirsey Temperament Sorter. It mentions the four psychological characteristics of the theory including psychological energy, perceiving functions of sensing, and how an outside world is approached.
