Abstract

This report scopes out the nature of technical communicative skills (TCS) building on prior work on advanced communication skills and understanding (ACSU) and on techno-mathematical literacies (TmL). It then goes on to consider the extent to which these skills may be developed through the use of technologically-enhanced learning and whether this support can deliver a personalised learning experience. These issues are treated at a general level in this report as considerations of how such a system might be operationalised are considered in Scoping Report.
