Description of files:

ProteinViewer_VR.zip: full Unity3D project containing all scenes and dynamic structures. Requires Unity3D for edition, but subfolders "models" and "scripts" inside "Assets" have all protein conformers and source code that was written for this project. From Unity3D, building separate scenes can yield all other files that were uploaded.

ProteinViewer_VR_postgrad.zip: version of the program that was presented during a Physics Postgraduate Seminar. Extracting a zip file yields a folder and an EXE file, simply running it should work.

ProteinViewer_VR_openday.zip: version of the program that was presented during a Antimicrobial Resistance Open Day. Extracting a zip file yields a folder and an EXE file, simply running it should work.

ProteinViewer_VR_0.6.zip: final version of the program, containing dynamic structures for the case study proteins as detailed in the paper. Extracting a zip file yields a folder and an EXE file, simply running it should work.

Linux and Mac versions of the executable files are also available!
