Abstract
In responding to the question 'What can feminist analyses contribute to the field of human resource development?: this article focuses on three areas of management learning. These are debates in relation to: gendered learning styles and ways of knowing; accessing and participating in learning; and the pedagogies of the human resource professional. The article outlines relevant research agendas and researchable questions in each of these fields.
