Abstract

Reflects on the findings of research by Cheryl Thomas on juror deliberations and decision-making in rape cases, why these may be more limited than she suggests, and whether they represent a missed opportunity in respect of issues such as juror misconceptions, prejudice or adherence to "rape myths".
