Abstract
A theory of phonon-drag thermopower, S(g), in semiconductor superlattices (SLS) in the presence of a quantizing magnetic field along the SL axis is presented. The electronic dispersion along the SL axis is assumed to be of the tight-binding type. The screened electron-phonon interaction is considered to occur through acoustic deformation potential and piezoelectric fields. Numerical calculations show \S(g)\ to be of the order of mV K-1.
