Abstract
Oblique TMz polarized plane wave scattering from a perfectly electrically conducting cylinder of circular cross-section is modeled using a finite-element time-domain formulation in terms of the scattered electric field using a modal nonreflecting boundary condition and both nonperiodic and periodic formulations
