Abstract
The Encouraging Young Engineers Project explored how different engineering disciplines contribute to the design and development of high tech products, specifically focusing on the interaction between software and hardware. A range of workshops and resources were developed to give practical experiences to young people.
The Engaging Young Engineers project aimed to raise awareness and interest in engineerisng profession and careers, working with young people from groups that are under represented in higher education
